Breakfast - 2 eggs, 1 slice of whole wheat toast with butter, 1 small glass of orange juice
Snack- 1 cup of fruit salad
Lunch- 1 peanut butter and jam sandwich on whole wheat bread, 1 apple, 1 small carton of milk
Snack - vegetables and dip
Supper- 1 piece of lasagna, a salad, 1 small glass of apple juice
Snack- 1 small bowl of buttered popcorn
